1-National project of "Women's Mobile Health Units"

Egypt’s First Lady Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak inaugurated the national project of "Women's Mobile Health Units" in Cairo in 2007 as part of a joint collaboration between the Ministry of Health and Population and MCIT.
The project aims at promoting the early detection of breast cancer through a mobile health unit equipped with advanced medical equipments, fixed units in addition to a main center in Kasr Al-Aini hospital and another center in Fum El Khalij
Through availing this online diagnosis, the "Women's Mobile Health Unit" project extends their services all over Egypt contributing to time saving, as well as minimizing the expenses and efforts exerted in transmitting the patients to the specialized medical centers for either the check up or the follow up.

2-Suzanne Mubarak Center for Women's Health
This project, implemented from year 2006 to year 2008, sought to improve health care delivery for women in Alexandria by establishing a center that is characterized by modern healthcare facilities and administration systems at the Suzanne Mubarak Center for Women’s Health.
The center provides professional and specialized services in women's healthcare as well as specialized consultations through the telemedicine facilities. The center created a digital health file for every patient containing personal information, disease history, prescribed medicines and number of visits with the records linked to the person's national ID number.
A digital library for research was also established at the center, enabling hosting of national and international conferences. The projects’ scope also includes entering into a cooperation agreement with US research university UC Davis for remote medical consultations.
