QUALITY ASSURANCE


Representative sampling size:
  • In general, the project aims at getting a sample representative to the whole population in every surveyed segment. While sometimes due to small numbers of population, the sample size is almost the same as the population. (i.e. ICT companies survey).
 
Data collection and quality control:
  • The data collection phase started by training the collectors and ensuring their ability to fill the questionnaire in cooperation with the interviewees.
  • There are several reviewing steps applied within the data collection processes in both the field and desk work to ensure the quality control of the data.
 
Data Analysis:
  • The analysts used different statistical and software packages in data processing; so as to ensure the validation of the data.
Output:
  • A special committee consisting of eligible members from different specialties has been formulated to review the surveys' output through different mechanisms to ensure the accuracy and the consistency of the results.
